They call him Coach! Why? Well, because he has been a Varsity Football, Volleyball, girls’ and boys Basketball, Track & Cross-Country Coach. In 2020, Charles thought he stepped back from athletic coaching, however in 2021, he was honored when he was asked to help Coach the Coaches! Charles knew he would need to draw on his skills and passion to help new Coaches learn the tips and tricks he has been able to refine over the years. He recalls the first moments of making that transition and quickly realized coaching adults is a little more fruitful than coaching athletes. While Coach Charles still loves coaching athletes, transitioning into coaching adults has been a true blessing. In addition to leading sales training classes or recording videos, Charles is 100% involved in leading the Amerisave Team in Waco, Texas.

Outside of work, he mentions- Free time, what is that? He enjoys life on the ranch with goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and 18+ acres. There is always work there too! When winding down from Coaching and taking care of the ranch, his 3 daughters and wonderful wife make sure he keeps his feet grounded with all thing’s family! As frequently as they can, Charles and his family enjoy a weekend unplugged from technology, camping close to a lake somewhere.
